1. Determine the lamp position: According to the construction drawing and on-site conditions, determine the street lamp installation position based on a distance of 40 meters between lamp positions.

2. Trenching and burying pipes: With the center 50cm away from the roadbed, dig a trench 60cm wide and 90cm deep for cable pipes, and bury the corresponding cable pipes according to the construction drawings.

3. Pouring the street lamp foundation: Excavate foundation pits of corresponding sizes for prefabricated metal components according to the street lamp foundation drawings provided by Party A. The metal components are hot-dip galvanized. The anti-corrosion quality should comply with the current national standard "Metal Covering and Other Relevant Covering Layers Vickers" and Knoop Microhardness Test" (GB/T9700), "General Principles for Surface Pretreatment of Thermal Sprayed Metal Parts" (GB/T11373), and the current industry standard "Steel Hot Dip Aluminum Process and Quality Inspection" (ZBJ36011).

4. Laying cables: should meet the following requirements

1) The cable model should meet the design requirements, be neatly arranged, have no mechanical damage, and have complete, correct and clear signs;

2) The cable fixation, spacing, and bending radius should comply with regulations;

3) The cable joints are in good condition and the insulation should comply with regulations;

4) The cable trench should meet the requirements and there should be no debris in the trench;

5) The connection and anti-corrosion of protective pipes should comply with regulations;

5. Street light installation regulations

1) The installation height (from the light source to the ground), elevation angle and lighting direction of street lights on the same streets, highways, squares and bridges should be consistent.

2) The excavation size of the foundation pit should comply with the design regulations. The strength grade of the foundation concrete should not be lower than C20. The cable protective pipe in the foundation should penetrate the foundation from the center of the foundation and should exceed the foundation plane by 30~50mm. Before pouring the reinforced concrete foundation, the water in the pit must be removed.

3) The longitudinal center line of the lamp installation should be consistent with the longitudinal center line of the lamp arm. The horizontal horizontal line of the lamp should be parallel to the ground. There should be no skew after visual inspection after tightening.

4) The lamp head is firmly fixed, the adjustable lamp head should be adjusted to the correct position according to the design, and the lamp head wiring should comply with the following regulations:

6. Equipment installation (street light control box installation)

a) After the materials arrive at the site, they must be unpacked and inspected. They can be installed and used only after passing the inspection.

b) The center lines of the moving contacts and the stationary contacts should be consistent, and the contacts should be in close contact.

c) The switching contact of the secondary circuit auxiliary switch should have accurate action and reliable contact.

d) The lighting inside the box should be complete.

e) The paint layer (plating) of the distribution cabinet (box, panel) should be intact and without damage. Brackets that hold appliances in place should be painted.

f) Mechanical locking and electrical locking actions should be accurate and reliable.

7. If there are hidden projects, they should be inspected and accepted before proceeding to the next process.

8. The debugging equipment, instruments and instruments must be inspected and qualified by relevant units recognized by the state with measurement qualifications, and must be used and kept by dedicated personnel.

9. Cooperate well with other professional work during construction, and ensure the protection of finished products and coordination among various professions.

10. Before laying the cable, the electrical performance test should be carried out, and construction can only be carried out after passing the test. Cable laying should be arranged in a reasonable sequence according to its direction and specifications, and generally there should be no crossover.

11. For distribution boxes (cabinets) that need to be drilled, holes must be drilled with a drilling machine. Gas welding and other cutting holes are strictly prohibited. There should be protective caps when wires enter distribution boxes, junction boxes, etc. Measures should be taken to prevent foreign objects from falling in before threading.

12. No joints or winding of wires are allowed in the pipe. The wire should be equipped with a sheath at the outlet, and the insulation resistance should be greater than 1MΩ at 500V.

13. After the installation is completed, check and confirm that it is correct before proceeding with itemized debugging.

14. After each sub-item debugging is completed, system debugging, linkage debugging and trial operation can be carried out.
