Therefore, many urban lighting projects now love to choose solar street lights. However, it is also common for customers to report that the solar street light suddenly does not light up, suspecting that it is a quality issue with the street light. In fact, except for a small portion of quality issues, most of the reasons are due to problems with your construction equipment.

1、 Selection of construction site
1. Conduct an investigation of the construction site and surrounding environment to ensure the feasibility of the project implementation. There should be no obstructions around the device address to ensure that the solar cell can receive normal sunlight. If it is difficult to ensure no obstructions throughout the day, it is necessary to try to ensure no obstructions between 9:00 am and 3:00 pm.
2. It is necessary for the equipment address to have smooth drainage. If there are low-lying water accumulation points such as rivers or puddles within 10 meters of the equipment address, the lowest point of the foundation must be higher than the highest water level within 50 years of the water accumulation point.
3. Public facilities such as cables and optical cables cannot be laid underground at the equipment address. According to the construction plan, acknowledge the orientation and distance of the lamp posts. If there are any changes on site, promptly negotiate with the owner to acknowledge a solution.


2、 Pre embedded lamp post foundation
1. Dig a pit at the positioning point of the lamp post to make the lamp post foundation. Prior to this, the company needs to provide corresponding pre embedded drawings for the standard street lamp foundation and construct according to the drawings. After excavation, it is necessary to use a ground wire to explore the underground for obstacles and underground pipelines. If there are any, they should be moved away and rough construction should be avoided.
2. Lay an 8-centimeter thick cushion layer for the foundation pit.
The concrete used for foundation pouring should be centrally processed and manufactured, mixed evenly with a mixer, and transported to the construction site by vehicles.
When pouring concrete on an independent foundation on the cushion layer, it should be vibrated while pouring; Before pouring is completed, the embedded parts of the anchor bolts should be buried (pay attention to the protection method of the bolts on the lamp post foundation to avoid damaging the bolts), and the anchor bolts should be grouted again. After pouring, make horizontal adjustments to the embedded parts and level the concrete foundation surface.
5. For the lower embedded conduit (protective conduit), a dedicated person should be assigned to align the basic conduit hole with the battery conduit hole in a timely manner. The upper end should be located in the middle of the embedded part and 5 centimeters higher than the concrete embedded part (to avoid water ingress), and bending of the embedded conduit should be avoided as much as possible. Its inner diameter should not be less than 1.5 times the outer diameter of the steel wire hose being threaded. If the protective conduit is bent, it should not be less than 2 times, and dead bending should be avoided as much as possible. Keep the lower port slightly tilted downwards. It is necessary to use something to block the pipe mouth to prevent debris such as mud and sand from entering the pipe and blocking the conduit during the construction process.
Before the foundation of the equipment lamp post, the verticality should be found from two directions. During the equipment process, the verticality should be monitored, and the verticality error should not exceed 5 millimeters to ensure the verticality of the lamp post.
